Welcome to our website. These terms and conditions form the basis for how you can order and purchase goods from our company online. By using our website and purchasing a product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1 Products and offering

1.1 All items offered by KroonVision are described as completely as possible and in good faith. The images and descriptions are presented in such a way that they give a realistic picture of the product you are about to purchase. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind KroonVision.

1.2 All items on our website are offered while supplies last. If a product is temporarily or permanently out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible. KroonVision cannot be held liable for any damage that may result from the temporary or permanent unavailability of an item.

2 Conclusion of the agreement

2.1 All offers from KroonVision are without obligation and we expressly reserve the right to change prices or reduce quantities.

2.2 By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you make a binding offer. You can view and change your order at any time before pressing this button.

After we have received your purchase offer, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. This message does not constitute an acceptance of your offer. The purchase agreement has not yet been concluded. The purchase agreement is considered concluded as soon as you receive a delivery confirmation.

3 Terms of delivery and shipping costs

3.1 . If products are not available due to circumstances beyond KroonVision' control, KroonVision reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases there is no right to compensation. The customer will be informed of this immediately. The same applies if delivery is significantly complicated or made impossible by force majeure or other unforeseen events such as water damage, fire, earthquakes, official orders, etc.

Deliveries above a value of €500 for private customers and €1,000 for business customers are only delivered with a signature of the recipient. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to request signatures for deliveries in individual cases for an additional fee.

We are not liable for theft or any other loss of your packages once they have been proven to have been delivered. There is no right to compensation. In such cases, we will place a research order on your behalf with our shipping service provider. This usually takes two weeks and you will be immediately informed of the results of this investigation.

You can choose between standard and express shipping. Different rules apply to these options, which are listed below.

The delivery times stated are the guidelines of our shipping service providers. They are not a guarantee. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances for which KroonVision is not responsible, there is no right to compensation. This applies to both standard and express delivery.

We will pass your email address and telephone number to our shipping service provider so that you can receive information about the status of your delivery.

3.2 DHL Standard Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They are shown separately during the ordering process and are at your expense.

Delivery time the Netherlands is usually 1-3 business days (sometimes up to a week) from receipt of payment.

3.3 DHL Express Shipping

We only offer DHL Express shipping for the Netherlands.

The shipping costs are €25 and are not included in the purchase price. They are shown separately during the ordering process and are at your expense.

Deliveries from a value of €500 for private customers and €1,000 for business customers are only delivered with a signature from the recipient. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to request signatures for deliveries in individual cases.

In the basic DHL Express variant, next day delivery means that you will receive your order no later than 5 p.m. if you are a business customer and no later than 9 p.m. if you are a private customer.

We do not offer delivery on Saturdays.

Here are some examples to avoid misunderstandings.

1. You order on Monday at 11:00 am via DHL Express –> Your package is expected to be delivered no later than Tuesday at 5:00 pm (or 9:00 pm).

2. You order on Monday at 7 p.m. via DHL Express –> Your package is expected to be delivered no later than Wednesday
